Brittany and I met in Fredericksburg for her Maternity session, she flew in from New York City to her mom’s in Maryland and they drove down together for the session. When it started to rain I was a bummed but when it started snowing I freaked out! OY will winter ever end this year?? It did stop before we got started and eventually the sun peeked out.
Joe, Brittany’s fiance is deployed serving our country overseas and was not able to be there, and he was so disappointed to not be able to be with Brittany, but we kept sending him back of camera photos so he could feel like he was there, and I know he is ANXIOUSLY waiting on this blog post. 🙂 I have never seen a more excited daddy to be…he is so sweet.
Brittany her mom and I just strolled around downtown Fredericksburg on St. Patricks Day (with great music flooding the streets everywhere) finding cool little locations to stop and take photos. I love those easy strolling sessions, where you just find a cool spot and get to work! There is so much cooolness in down town Fredericksburg, I just love it there! Around every corner down every street something else fun and full of color.
When Brittany pulled out this green dress from Sew Trendy I was excited…when she bought the dress she really didn’t even realize that our shoot was on St. Patty’s day, she just looks amazing in green with her eyes and her beautiful brown hair! And this wall…I mean really?
Underneath the train station has been barred off for a few years now but even the bars gave us some pretty images.
But man….down by the river….I could have stayed there all day….alll day! It was just so pretty.
If I had to pick a favorite…it might have to be this outfit with this hat on this wall! But seriously I don’t think I can pick a favorite because I loved every outfit and every location.
Iron gates and the prettiest gardens everywhere! and doors…so many pretty doors. My heart swooned!
We ended the shoot with a few more personal belly photos I will only show one but there were sooooo many good ones with trains and all kinds of pretty backgrounds… but I do have to showcase this CUTE necklace she got at Target! It blended with every single outfit perfectly! Now I have to have one for my client closet. 🙂
It was such a wonderful day Brittany and Kimberly…I can’t wait for your wedding in October at the Mayhurst Inn and I get to offically meet little Conner. <3
